Discover Your Inner Activator: The Power of Taking Action

Have you ever wondered what makes you uniquely YOU? Today, I want to share something that completely transformed my perspective - the CliftonStrengths assessment (formerly known as StrengthsFinder).

This powerful tool isn't just another personality test. It's a deep dive into your natural talents, providing you with your top 5 strengths out of 34 possible ones. For me, this assessment was transformative - it helped me understand who I naturally am and what I should embrace.

Let me share my #1 strength: Activator. People with this strength have a special talent for turning thoughts into action (and yes, we can be a bit impatient!). As an Activator, I naturally:

  • Turn ideas into reality
  • Energize others with enthusiasm for new ideas
  • Break through inertia to get projects moving
  • Create momentum that others can build upon

The best part? Activators learn by doing rather than endless planning. We have a knack for knowing exactly when it's time to stop discussing and start acting.

Want to discover your own strengths? Want to learn more about your own strengths? Get your copy of StrengthsFinder 2.0 from my Amazon store and take the assessment: The book includes a unique access code for the online assessment

We will continue this strengths discussion each Tuesday in the Daily Dose.

Enjoy,

Carrie
